Job Description

As a Sales Manager you will report directly to the head office in Singapore and work within a strong sales team at our Dhaka branch office. For this role you will be based in Bangladesh.

As a Sales Manager your main responsibilities are to expand the business in Bangladesh

  • Identification, prospection and market research on targeted accounts
  • Managing and work with sales and customer service to drive the business objectives
  • Develop first contact with new clients and maintain close relationship with existing portfolio by sharing product information and market information
  • Regulate contract negotiations and sign-offs
  • Generate sales revenue and prepare, update and analyze sales reporting
  • Perform market research and establish market penetration strategies to grow the business and market share in Bangladesh
  • Work closely with Operations, Engineering and Manufacturing team to ensure good supply side relationships and product understanding, as well as new product developments
  • Organize road shows and customer seminars
  • Plan local marketing activities
  • Prepare trainings and develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills for the remaining sales team

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in B2B sales handling textile machinery
  • You are driven, hands-on and proactive to reach your sales targets
  • Excellent organization, facilitation, conflict-resolution and people management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, exciting and growing company
  • Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude and team player
  • Willingness to explore other markets of neighboring countries if local market penetrated successfully
