ULTRA PRECISION CENTRAL STITCH SYSTEM Designed with a driver-pinion system, it provides  high reliability and durability. This precision gearing system can achieve surface flatness of 0.03mm during stitch length adjustment. In addition, it allows the user to change fabric weight or fabric sampling with ease, substantially reduces downtime. 

SECTORISED SINKER CAM HOLDER WITH DOUBLE-PUSH SINKER CAM
Equipped with sectorised sinker cam holder, this design eases the user from changing sinkers and maintenance of cotton lint at the sinker area. It is complemented with a double-push sinker cam concept to ensure a more stable, high speed sinker motion. The pressure point on the sinker is now distributed and thus enhances the sinker life span.
