Unitex Striper Series - Single Knit Striper (USX 1.6SK)

NTERCHANGEABILITY
This high precision model employs the latest technologies in computerised striper control for knitting premium stripes fabrics of various structures. A quick-response actuator enables electronic selection at high speed. It can knit with various single knit structures such as jersey, pique, lacoste etc.

ROBUST, DURABLE, VERTICAL-MOUNT STRIPERS
The striper fingers are designed with independent yarn cutter and clip with cancellation function. It is vertically mount for highest productivity, for easy maintenance. An electronic actuator activates the powerful yet swift mechanical movement of finger in yarn change. Our 4-colour and 6-colour stripers are built from similar platform and principles. They are used on both single knit and double knit models.

EASY PATTERNING SOFTWARE
Our PC-based striper fabrics design software is easy to learn and operate. It facilitates user in designing creative patterns and in setting up yarn-dyed positions in the factory. For greatest convenience of user, the patterns can be edited at  the machine via the striper control panel.

ULTRA PRECISION CENTRAL STITCH SYSTEM
Designed with a driver-pinion system, it provides high reliability and durability. This precision gearing system can achieve surface flatness of 0.03mm during stitch length adjustment. In addition, it allows the user to change fabric weight or fabric sampling with ease, substantially reduces downtime. 

SECTORISED SINKER CAM HOLDER WITH DOUBLE-PUSH SINKER CAM
Equipped with sectorised sinker cam holder, this design eases the user from changing sinkers and maintenance of cotton lint at the sinker area. It is complemented with a double-push sinker cam concept to ensure a more stable, high speed sinker motion. The pressure point on the sinker is now distributed and thus enhances the sinker life span.
