| 3-WAY SELECTION SYSTEM
Equipped with 3-way selection techniques (i.e. Knit, Tuck and Miss), the single knit electronic jacquard is able to knit basically any jacquard structure. The controller system, includes the acutator controller, actuators and machine positioning encoder, is from the world's leading system WAC of Japan. |
| CONCEPT OF OPERATION
Graphical pattern can be created either using a patterning CAD/CAM software equipped with the machine or via a image scanner. The CAD/CAM software is then post-processed the pattern into a format for the WAC controller. Based on the data received, the WAC controller controls the movements of each individual actuators installed on machine. The actuators controls the assembly of selector, needle jack and needle to form the desired pattern on the fabric. Due to the series of sophisticated working relationship between components,
the Unitex machine is made of highly precision-engineered parts, with quality
assurance certified under ISO 9001 quality system.
